The heart of our organization, he founded the business in 1978 with a meager 500 INR bank balance and has since built a multi-million dollar empire with his exceptional business acumen and astute way of building long-term business partnerships. Today, he focuses on business strategy and finance and is the lifeline of the entire organization. 
The brain of our organization, he joined the company at the young age of 20 and ignited exponential growth within his first 5 years through a disciplined business approach and innovative marketing strategies. Today, he focuses on marketing and business development and has answers to anything related to business or otherwise.
The limbs & soul of our organization, he joined the company in 2001 and singlehandedly established systematic manufacturing and production processes in the company that led to exponential growth in production capacity. Evidently, today he focuses on manufacturing and production across all four units and is the driving force of the organization’s operations.
The vision of our organization, she joined the company in 2004. Initially driving business growth, she then established the in-house fashion label – Juniper - in 2012 showing immense zeal and rigor. An entrepreneur at heart, she continues to lead the brand of ethnic and fusion wear and is determined to establish it as a market leader in India’s huge ethnic wear industry.
The smile and energy of our organization, she joined the company in 2007. Over the last decade, she has acquired some of our biggest client accounts with her never give up attitude and marketing skills. Charu continues to focus on customer acquisition and business development while also heading the merchandising and the design team.
